Package pricing and flexible payment arrangements remain available where appropriate.

What the service includes

The fee covers more than the production of a document.

Estate-planning documents need to follow from the client’s objectives and circumstances. The process therefore includes discussion, explanation and review as well as preparation.

Initial discussion

The first discussion identifies the client’s objectives, family circumstances and the parts of the plan requiring attention.

Plain-English explanation

The available options and their practical consequences are explained before documents are prepared.

Document preparation

The agreed estate-planning documents are prepared to reflect the confirmed instructions.

Draft review

Draft documents are provided for review so questions, corrections and changes can be addressed before signing.

Signing arrangements

The final process and witnessing requirements are explained when the documents are ready to be completed.

Home-visit service

Home visits are the preferred meeting method throughout Mandurah and the Peel Region.

Packages and other arrangements

The final arrangement should reflect the work actually required.

Several estate-planning documents are often considered together because they operate at different stages of the same plan. Package pricing may therefore be available where multiple documents are prepared at the same time.

The relevant scope and fee are confirmed before work proceeds, allowing the client to understand both the documents being prepared and the cost involved.

Package pricing

Package pricing remains available where several estate-planning documents are prepared together.

Flexible payment arrangements

Flexible payment arrangements may be discussed where appropriate.

Work outside the standard scope

Where unusual complexity or additional work is identified, the scope and any different fee will be explained before the client proceeds.

Specialist advice

Legal, financial, taxation or accounting advice provided by another professional is separate from the GET Solutions fee.

Questions about fees

Confirm the likely scope before deciding.

Where you are unsure which documents may be required, begin with the circumstances rather than trying to select a package in advance.

Geoff can explain whether the matter falls within a standard fixed fee, whether package pricing may apply and whether any specialist advice is likely to be needed.
