Contact GET Solutions

Begin with the questions that matter to you.

You do not need to decide which documents you want before making contact. A brief discussion can identify what needs attention and whether GET Solutions can assist.

Geoff works directly with clients throughout Mandurah and the Peel Region, with home visits as the preferred meeting method.

Reasons to contact Geoff

Estate-planning enquiries usually begin with a change, a concern or an unanswered question.

The first contact does not commit you to a particular document or structure. It is an opportunity to establish whether the matter falls within the GET Solutions service and what the practical next step should be.

Put a new estate plan in place

Begin with your family circumstances, intentions and the decisions that need to be made.

Review existing documents

Check whether your Will, EPA, EPG, superannuation arrangements and appointments still produce the intended result.

Respond to a change in circumstances

Marriage, separation, children, property, health, capacity, work or family relationships may affect an existing plan.

Clarify the process or fees

Ask whether GET Solutions can assist, what the process involves and how the current fixed fees or package pricing apply.

What happens next

A simple process from first contact to a clear plan of action.

The process begins with understanding the circumstances. The documents, scope and fees follow from that discussion.

  1. Make contact

Call or email Geoff with a brief outline of the reason for your enquiry.

  2. Arrange a suitable time

A home visit is usually arranged within Mandurah or the Peel Region, providing privacy and a suitable setting for discussion.

  3. Discuss the objectives and circumstances

The first discussion identifies what you want the plan to achieve, the people involved and the matters requiring attention.

  4. Confirm the work, fees and next steps

Once the scope is clear, the documents, fixed fees or package pricing and the preparation process are confirmed.

Home visits

Privacy and the right environment for careful discussion.

Estate planning can involve personal family circumstances, financial information and decisions that deserve time and privacy.

Home visits are Geoff’s preferred meeting method throughout Mandurah and the Peel Region. They allow clients to speak in familiar surroundings, have existing documents available and consider questions without the unnecessary pressure of a formal office appointment.

Couples typically discuss their planning together because their family circumstances, assets and intentions are usually closely connected. The discussion considers the overall family plan and how the arrangements should work together.

Preparing for the discussion

Bring what you have. Complete information is not required to begin.

A broad understanding of the family, assets and intended decision-makers is usually enough for the first meeting. Any gaps can be identified during the discussion.

  • Any existing Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, Enduring Power of Guardianship or related estate-planning documents
  • The names of people you may wish to appoint as Executor, Attorney, Enduring Guardian or Trustee
  • A broad outline of your family circumstances and intended beneficiaries
  • A broad outline of significant assets, how property is owned and whether you have superannuation
  • Any concerns about age, vulnerability, capacity, estrangement, blended families or continuing management of an inheritance
  • Questions you would like answered before making decisions

Contact Geoff directly

Start with a brief outline of your circumstances.

Geoff can then confirm whether GET Solutions can assist and arrange a suitable time for a private discussion.
